Tennessee’s premier Technological University is located in Cookeville, TN. The 9000 plus student campus houses an internationally recognized engineering design and research center. The campus also serves as an educational, cultural and recreational center for the region’s population.

A major focus of the master plan was the creation of a proposed Sciences Mall that serves as the new gateway for the campus. The master plan also unites the proposed Nursing Education building with the nearby Regional Medical Center in integrating their functions.

The master plan facilitates major changes for improving campus appearance and pedestrian friendliness as well as design guidelines for building facades and campuswide landscaping. The plan also includes relocation of vehicular parking in providing more greenspace within the traditional campus.
