The Matlock Bend property consists of approximately 1,3000 acres located in Loudon County, Tennessee (approximately thirty minutes southwest of Knoxville) and is situated along a picturesque bend in the Tennessee River. The properties rolling topography, tree lined fencerows and historic structures provide evidence of its turn of the century Eastern Tennessee farming history.
